My Philosophy
You are born into this world as your purest, truest self. Then…your journey through this life begins. Your family often begins your shaping, your conforming, your identity, creating your beliefs about yourself & the world around you. As you continue to journey through this life taking in the world, the people who cross your path, you collect beliefs, emotions & traumas through these experiences. This collection of beliefs, emotions & traumas, when unprocessed (because society teaches us not to express ourselves) causes suffering, mental & physical illness or pain. Yet, when given the opportunity to go within, beyond all the noise, you know who you are at your purest, truest self. It’s often a journey of unlearning. A remembering. I have walked this journey of unlearning, remembering for over a decade now. The Initial Assessment is the starting point if we haven’t worked together before and you are ready to commit to healing.
This session is a deep dive into healing aspects of mind, body and soul. This session is to Identify the Root Cause, then Release, Alchemize & Heal through Reiki and Energy Healing. I work through the healing modalities of Usui & Kundalini Reiki, energywork, breathwork, meditation and intuitive psychic guidance.

This is a continuation from your first session, because in all honesty, life-long healing and transformation doesn’t happen in one session.
This session is a continuation to deepen your healing and transformation of mind, body and soul. Clients see the most benefits in at least monthly sessions.

Drop-In/Emergency Reiki/Energy Healing-45 mins $100
We all have those weeks when shit hits the fan and you feel completely out of alignment or are sick and your body needs some support.
This session is to offer quick, direct support and energy healing. Clients find tremendous benefits from these sessions when they feel out of alignment, unsupported, having trouble sleeping, or feel like they can’t get grounded.

These are great for couples, Full or New Moon circles or friend groups who are supporting & cheering each other on as you walk on your healing journey together. This private session is all the aspects of a Soulfully Grounded Energy Healing session just offered in a group dynamic and curated around the specific intention of the group. Healing in community with others is so powerful.

The SoulFully Grounded Breathwork Workshop is designed to be in collaboration with the teachings and intentions of the retreat or mastermind. The breathwork workshop is intuitively guided as I work with the energy of my guides and that of the groups intentions, designed to release stress, trauma, and any emotions, followed by an embodiment practice through the power of the breath. This journey is designed to bring you back to your truth, connecting you with the most powerful parts of yourself. Offered Virtually or In-Person.

Is Virtual or In-Person Better?
This can absolutely be considered a personal preference, but from my experience many of my clients enjoy the virtual experience as much, if not more than in-person. Virtual allows you to relax in the comfort and security of your own home providing an intimate level of comfort to your nervous system, which offers a space for deeper relaxation and energetic release. I invite clients to create a comfortable space with their favorite candle, essential oils, blanket or favorite journal. Knowing that time is our most valuable asset, the virtual experience saves you precious time traveling somewhere and I can be accessed at more convenient times after bedtimes for the kiddos, while kids are at school or partners are at work. In-person allows for additional healing modalities such as hands-on assist, essential oils, tuning forks and some feel the intensity of the energy more in-person.
